Mandurah Elopement at Stingray Point & The Old Fig Tree
What a beautiful way to start off wedding season with Andrea & Peter's very sweet elopement at the picturesque Stingray Point next to the old Fig Tree in Mandurah. We started the afternoon capturing some pretty details and beautiful ‘getting ready’ moments at The Point Penninsular Apartments in Dolphin Quay before making our way downstairs to their ceremony location. It was a pefect, sunny & very windy October afternoon for these lovers to say ‘i-do’ in front of a beautiful circular, leafy arbour with the water as a backdrop….so lovely. Their heartfelt ceremony was officiated by Kerrie Boag with their bridal party & their adorable runaway daughter/fairy, Alivia as their witnesses. After getting announced husband & wife there was some fun petal throwing and a cake cutting ceremony (the cake designed & made by the clever bride) before taking some photos around the boat gazebo & fig tree….such a picturesque part of inner Mandurah. We then headed to the historic Suttons Cottages to capture a few more wedding day memories in the late afternoon. Andrea looked absolutely stunning in her gorgeous beaded gown & I loved the relaxed intimate feel of the whole afternoon. Thanks to the whole bridal party & little Alivia, who were just wonderful to work with…it really was a pleasure to witness their love story!
Congrats & wishing you all the very best Andrea & Peter...your wedding day was fabulous!
